All rates are based on monthy accommodation and single occupancy and include all utilities and weekly maid service.
Economy rooms are priced from $475/Month
Deluxe rooms are priced from $575/Month
Please note that there is a 1/2 months damage deposit to be paid prior to taking up residency. This deposit will be refunded less any damages 15 days after the end of tenancy providing one(1) months written notice is given.
